Great Product

I love this immersion blender! I had a small HB plastic blender to mix protein drinks rather than haul out the big blender. It did the job, but was flimsy. This KitchenAid immersion blender comes with a large cup with rubber on the botton to prevent slipping on the counter, and is large enough for mixing the protein drinks, and wide enough that the immersion blender does not toss any of the contents. I highly recommend it!

What can I say, this is handy, easy to use and comes complete with all you need. I use it to make my protein smoothies every day. In minutes I'm done! Very sturdy and looks like a product that will last for many years. Plus it looks great!

Broke after 3 uses

Bought from another source other than Amazon. Worked OK on 2 protein shakes and 1 smoothie. Power was adequate to crush ice, but not great. Only 2 speed settings, instead of variable, which was my mistake for not reading the product description adequately. Don't be fooled by chrome appearance...it is all plastic. Suddenly stopped working while in use. Not the quality I expected from this brand. Previous Kitchen Aid model lasted 9 years of steady use, before it broke, but this model is low quality.
